毛泽东时代国营企业内部日常权力关系的再探讨

【摘要】:本文利用对不同城市近百位退休工人的访谈,重新考察改革前30年国营企业内部的政治生活,重点探讨工厂车间干部与群众之间以及积极分子与普通工人之间的日常关系。本文质疑"新传统主义"理论在解释改革以前中国国营企业内部微观政治生活的有效性,认为干部与工人之间在某些特定的历史条件下的确存在不同程度的庇护与依赖关系,但强调当时车间内部的日常权力关系也受到诸多正式的和非正式的制度的制约。文章最后提出"单位社群主义"的概念,用来解读毛泽东时代国营企业的日常治理实践。
[Abstract]:This paper makes use of interviews with nearly 100 retired workers in different cities to re-examine the political life within the state-owned enterprises 30 years before the reform, focusing on the daily relations between factory workshop cadres and the masses and between activists and ordinary workers.This paper questions the validity of the theory of "neo-traditionalism" in explaining the micro-political life in Chinese state-owned enterprises before the reform, and holds that there is indeed a different degree of sheltering and dependence relationship between cadres and workers under certain historical conditions.However, it is emphasized that the daily power relations within the workshop were also restricted by many formal and informal systems.Finally, the article puts forward the concept of "unit communitarianism", which is used to interpret the daily governance practice of state enterprises in Mao Zedong's time.
