二十世纪初期山西交通状况与区域经济发展(1912-1937)

【摘要】:交通的通达度在很大程度上决定了区域经济发展的程度,而区域中的农矿资源又会对交通的便捷度提出更高的要求。作为地处内陆,天然交通条件十分落后的山西来说,对于交通的依赖程度也会更高。清末民初的中国一直处在社会动荡,军阀混战的状态之下,山西也未能超然独立于这一环境之外。但是当时的山西为阎锡山独掌军政大权,为了维护既得利益和巩固在晋的统治,阎锡山大力推进山西的经济与交通建设。不仅修订《山西全省修路计划大纲》还于1932年制定了《山西省省政十年建设计划案》为山西的交通与经济建设提供指导。在阎锡山的全力支持之下,到1937年抗日战争爆发为止,山西的交通在清末驿路网络的基础上不断发展,已经基本形成了以公路、铁路为框架,驿路、民路和内河航运为补充,近代电信业深入各地的立体近代交通网络,虽然限于当时的政治、经济条件,这一网络还存在许多问题,但是通过这一网络却也基本实现了对内贯通全省,对外沟通了与其他省份的联系。不仅方便了普通百姓的日常出行,更为交通网络沿线农矿产品的商品化进程和外销提供了必不可少的条件。通过对民国时期有关山西交通建设的史料的挖掘,希望可以最大限度的、最真实的还原当时的交通网络,并试图结合交通网络沿线的农矿资源及交通网络形成前后这类大宗物资的交易情况分析交通对沿线经济的推动作用。最后以图表的方式将得到的结论直观的展示出来,从而进一步填补目前关于抗战爆发前民国时期山西交通对经济的推动作用这方面研究的空白。
[Abstract]:The degree of traffic accessibility determines the degree of regional economic development to a large extent, and the agricultural and mineral resources in the region will put forward higher requirements for the convenience of traffic.As a inland, natural traffic conditions are very backward in Shanxi, the degree of dependence on traffic will be higher.In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, China was in social turmoil and warlords were in a state of melee, and Shanxi could not be detached from this environment.But in order to maintain vested interests and consolidate the rule in Jin Dynasty, Yan Xishan vigorously promoted Shanxi's economic and transportation construction.It not only revised the outline of Shanxi Provincial Road repair Plan, but also formulated the "Ten year Provincial Government Construction Plan of Shanxi Province" in 1932 to provide guidance for Shanxi's traffic and economic construction.With the full support of Yan Xishan, by the time the Anti-Japanese War broke out in 1937, the traffic in Shanxi had been continuously developed on the basis of the post road network in the late Qing Dynasty. It had basically formed a highway, railway as the framework, post roads, civilian roads and inland river shipping as supplements.Although the modern telecommunications industry went deep into the three-dimensional modern transportation network throughout the region, although it was limited to the political and economic conditions of the time, there were still many problems in this network, but through this network, the whole province was basically connected internally.External communication with other provinces.It not only facilitates the daily travel of ordinary people, but also provides essential conditions for the commercialization and export of agricultural and mineral products along the transportation network.Through the excavation of historical data on traffic construction in Shanxi during the Republic of China, we hope to maximize and truly restore the traffic network at that time.This paper also tries to analyze the role of traffic to the economy along the transportation network by combining the agricultural and mineral resources along the traffic network and the transaction situation of such bulk materials before and after the formation of the transportation network.Finally, the conclusion is displayed intuitively by the way of chart, thus further filling up the blank of the current research on the driving effect of Shanxi traffic on economy during the period of the Republic of China before the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan.
