1927年～1931年中国共产党土地政策的历史思考

【摘要】：马克思主义将实现土地公有制作为无产阶级政党的历史使命,在苏联的示范作用下,中国共产党自诞生之日起便以实现生产资料公有制为奋斗目标,开始了理论与实践的探索。从1927年到1931年,中国共产党探索从减租减税到没收一切土地归国家所有的转变,从而实现耕者有其田的目标。这一土地政策的实践,极大地提升了中农和贫雇农的经济地位,从而激发了他们以各种形式支持并参与到中国共产党所领导的革命与政权中来。总的说来,农民对土地政策的认同是一个逐步完善的过程。
[Abstract]:Marxism regards the realization of land public ownership as the historical mission of the proletarian party. Under the exemplary role of the Soviet Union, the Communist Party of China began to explore the theory and practice with the goal of realizing the public ownership of the means of production since its birth.From 1927 to 1931, the Communist Party of China explored the transition from rent reduction and tax reduction to confiscation of all land owned by the state, thus realizing the goal of the tiller owning his land.The practice of this land policy has greatly promoted the economic status of the middle peasants and the poor and employed peasants, thus motivating them to support and participate in the revolution and political power led by the Communist Party of China in various forms.Generally speaking, the farmers' identification with the land policy is a gradual process of perfection.
