近代大成企业集团职工培训研究

【摘要】:在近代中国纺织业的大萧条之际,大成企业集团却取得了辉煌的成就。大成企业集团的发展历程中,有效的员工培训措施是其取得成功的重要原因之一。本文主要采用历史分析法,同时结合人力资源培训与开发的相关理论对近代大成企业集团员工培训进行分析。 综观中国近代纺织业发展史,企业发展面对的最大瓶颈是人才短缺,为了解决这一问题,大成企业集团结合企业的实际情况,充分利用社会资源,采取了有效的培训措施,企业主要领导人统一思想重视职工教育,自上而下制定职工教育规划,广开学路采取多种形式,,不仅提升企业最高管理者的领导能力,更新了企业管理层的管理理念,开发了一线职工的劳动潜能,带来了巨大的企业经济与社会效益,而且大大地提升了大成企业集团的综合竞争能力,同时也对区域经济的发展产生了巨大的推动作用。
[Abstract]:During the Great Depression of China's textile industry in modern times, Dacheng Enterprise Group has made brilliant achievements.In the development of Dacheng Enterprise Group, effective employee training measures are one of the important reasons for its success.This article mainly adopts the historical analysis method, simultaneously unifies the human resources training and the development correlation theory to carry on the analysis to the modern Dacheng enterprise group staff training.In view of the history of the textile industry in modern China, the biggest bottleneck facing the development of enterprises is the shortage of talents. In order to solve this problem, Dacheng Enterprise Group has taken effective training measures in combination with the actual situation of the enterprises and making full use of social resources.The main leaders of the enterprise attach great importance to the education of the workers and staff, draw up the plan for the education of the workers from the top to the bottom, and adopt a wide range of ways of learning, which not only enhance the leadership ability of the top managers of the enterprise, but also renew the management concepts of the management of the enterprises.It has developed the labor potential of front-line staff and workers, has brought enormous economic and social benefits of enterprises, and greatly promoted the comprehensive competitive ability of Dacheng enterprise group, and at the same time has produced a huge impetus to the development of regional economy.
