近代上海万国商团之华员群体

【摘要】：作为近代中国最早的商团组织,万国商团肇始于1853年成立的"上海本埠义勇队",其有华人参与,已是在54年之后。万国商团中华队,前身名为"华商体操会",组织于1905年"大闹会审公廨案"之后,由买办虞洽卿等人发起,被公认为近代中国华人商团之鼻祖。1907年3月,华商体操会经上海公共租界工部局批准,骥附万国商团,成为其中一支,变该组织之族群隔绝为华洋共存。华员群体始有83人,后不断壮大,经不懈努力,破除种种之束缚,渐有平等之地位。1932年10月,华人于万国商团设置翻译队。1942年9月,终随万国商团之解散而复员。万国商团之华员群体规模虽然不大,但在上海城市史上居于独特地位,亦是许多其他华人商团效仿的典范。
[Abstract]:As the earliest business group organization in modern China, Wanguo Commercial Group was founded in 1853. It has the participation of Chinese people and has been 54 years later. The Chinese team of the Wanguo Merchants, formerly known as the "Chinese Business Gymnastics Association", was organized in 1905 after the "mixed Court case", which was initiated by the comprador Yu Xiangqing and others, and was recognized as the originator of the modern Chinese Chinese business group. In March 1907, The Chinese Gymnastics Association was approved by the Bureau of Industry and Industry of Shanghai Public concession and attached to the Wanguo Commercial Group, becoming one of them, turning the ethnic group of the organization into the coexistence of the Chinese Ocean. The group of Chinese members began with 83 people and grew stronger. After unremitting efforts to break up all kinds of restraints and gradually have equal status, the Chinese set up a translation team in October 1932. In September 1942, they were eventually demobilized with the dissolution of the group. Although small in size, Wanguo Business Group occupies a unique position in the history of Shanghai, and is also a model for many other Chinese business groups to follow.
