保国与保民:抗战时期工薪阶层薪酬之调整——以电报员工为考察中心

【摘要】:抗日战争时期,电报员工的薪酬不断被调整。此中既有下调,又有上调,而以后者为主。大抵经历折扣发放、渐次提增、全面提增与急剧提增四个发展阶段。并呈以下特征:一、薪酬调整的主旨由保国向保民转变;二、薪酬上调的节奏与物价上涨的节奏基本一致;三、薪酬上调的顺序是由低级员工逐步向高级员工推展;四、薪酬发放的模式由单一货币演进为货币与实物并存。这一切以一个案领域透显出国民命运与国家命运的休戚与共。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the salary of Telegraph workers was constantly adjusted. In this both down-regulation, but also up-regulation, and the latter is the main.
