【摘要】：正咨文属于平行文,一般用于中央平行衙署之间来往文书。咨文文首以"某某衙署为咨行事"开始,接着以"案奉"二字引叙事由,然后叙述所咨事情。最后以"须至资者"结束。宋书"右咨某某官署"及具咨年月,加盖官印。辽宁省档案馆保存一份甲午战争结果后蓄林将军延茂致前任吉林将军长顺德咨文,为清廷奖赏叠攻海城、保金辽阳有功人员事此时长顺已因海城战败屡职,由延茂继任吉林将军。
