科技“大跃进”对新中国原子能事业的影响

【摘要】：1958年,正当新中国技术革命迅速发展之时,"大跃进"运动逐步兴起,科技"大跃进"随之发生。关于原子能事业的发展,受科技"大跃进"强调群众发明的"土办法"的影响,二机部先后提出了"全民办铀矿"、"大家办原子能科学"两个口号。这两个口号的实施,既助推了中国原子能事业的发展,但也产生了一些负面影响。
[Abstract]:In 1958, with the rapid development of the technological revolution in New China, the Great Leap forward Movement rose gradually and the Great Leap forward of Science and Technology took place. With regard to the development of atomic energy, under the influence of the "great leap forward" in science and technology, which emphasizes the "indigenous method" invented by the masses, the Ministry of second Machine has successively put forward two slogans: "all privately run uranium mines" and "everybody does atomic energy science." The implementation of these two slogans not only contributed to the development of China's atomic energy cause, but also had some negative effects.
