【摘要】：正封士清,1922年12月出生于灌云县岑池区孙庄。1938年10月,参加八路军陇海支队第三团二营(驻灌南县上马台),先后任一连二排代理排长、八路军东进第五纵队三支队副排长,1940年入党。皖南事变后,任新四军三师九旅二十六团副排长、排长,苏皖区滨海大队排长、副指导员,华中独立十旅二十九团连指导员,华东野战军十二纵三十五旅二团连指导员、营副教导员。在淮阴徐溜战斗中负伤,后任淮安行政公署
[Abstract]:Zhengfeng Shiqing, born in December 1922 in Sunzhuang, Cengchi District, Guanyun County.
