【摘要】：中共中央南方局,是抗日战争时期和解放战争初期党中央派驻在国民党统治中心重庆的代表机关,肩负着维系抗日民族统一战线、推动国统区抗日救亡运动等重要使命。南方局特别重视统战工作,既坚决贯彻执行中共中央关于统战工作的指示精神,又结合抗战时期国统区的特殊环境,采取灵活多样的创新形式,团结一切可以团结的力量,开辟了国统区统一战线工作的新局面,把党的统一战线工作提高到一个新水平,积累了丰富的经验,至今仍有重大的现实意义。本文拟通过对南方局相关史料的考察,初步梳理南方局对中间党派的统战工作,分析统战工作的策略及特点等,以此论证共产党领导下的多党派合作与政治协商制度是中国历史的必然选择,并进一步明确党的统一战线政策是中国革命取得胜利的一大法宝,尤其是在社会主义现代化建设的今天,统一战线这一有力武器更有着举足轻重的地位。本文研究的主要内容共六章。第一章介绍选题的背景,阐述研究的理论意义和现实意义,梳理国内外研究现状,进而提出本文的研究目的、研究方法,创新点和局限性。第二章主要介绍马恩列毛经典作家关于统一战线及政党关系的思想,为本文的研究提供理论依据。第三章主要介绍中国共产党及南方局与中间党派关系的历史演变过程。第四章主要梳理南方局对中间党派统战工作的多维度开展。第五章主要分析总结南方局对中间党派.统战工作的特点。第六章主要阐明南方局统一战线工作在抗日民族统一战线中作用,进一步阐述其在构建社会主义和谐社会和丰富完善多党合作制度的现实意义。结束语,综述全文。
[Abstract]:The Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee was the representative organ of the CPC Central Committee stationed in Chongqing, the center of Kuomintang rule during the War of Resistance against Japan and the early days of the War of Liberation. It shouldered the important mission of maintaining the anti-Japanese national United front and promoting the movement of resisting Japan and saving the nation from death in the Kuomintang area. The Southern Bureau attaches particular importance to United front work. It resolutely implements the spirit of the Central Committee's directive on United front work, combines the special environment of the Kuomintang controlled areas during the War of Resistance against Japan, adopts flexible and varied forms of innovation, and unites all forces that can be United. It has opened up a new situation of the United front work in the state-controlled areas, raised the work of the Party's United front to a new level, accumulated rich experience, and still has great practical significance. Through the investigation of relevant historical data of the Southern Bureau, this paper preliminarily combs the United front work of the Southern Bureau against the middle parties, and analyzes the tactics and characteristics of the United front work, etc. This proves that the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party is an inevitable choice in Chinese history, and further clarifies that the Party's United front policy is a great magic weapon for the victory of the Chinese revolution. Especially in the socialist modernization construction today, the United front as a powerful weapon has a pivotal position. The main contents of this paper are six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the study, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, and then puts forward the research purpose, research methods, innovation points and limitations of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the thought about the United front and the relationship between the political party and the classic writers of Maenremao, which provides the theoretical basis for the study of this paper. The third chapter introduces the historical evolution of the relationship between the CPC and the Southern Bureau. The fourth chapter mainly combs the South Bureau to the middle party United front work multi-dimensional development. The fifth chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the South Bureau against the middle parties. The characteristics of United front work The sixth chapter mainly expounds the role of the United front work of the Southern Bureau in the anti-Japanese national United front, and further expounds its practical significance in building a socialist harmonious society and enriching and perfecting the system of multi-party cooperation.
