清末保路风潮何以激化

【摘要】:正清王朝的灭亡起于武昌起义,而武昌起义的成功又与保路风潮密切相关,保路事件无疑成了引发清政府统治危机的导火线。保路风潮针对"干路收归国有",本是铁路修筑体制的改革,何以导致事件激化并引发统治危机?对此学界已有不少评析。以往多数学者将之归结为清政府国有政策劫路夺款、借债丧权,以致官逼民反。近年来观点更为多元,有学者认同国有方案,遗憾的是政府办理不善(陈晓东:《清政府铁路"干路国有政策"再评价》,《史学月刊》2008年第3期);
[Abstract]:The death of the Zheng Qing Dynasty originated from the Wuchang uprising, and the success of the Wuchang uprising was closely related to the wave of Baolu. In view of the "nationalization of the main roads" and the reform of the railway construction system, the wave of protecting roads led to the intensification of the incident and led to a crisis of domination. To this academic circle already had a lot of comment. In the past, most scholars attributed it to the Qing government's state-owned policy of robbing money, borrowing and losing power, so that officials forced the people into opposition. In recent years, the viewpoints are more diversified, some scholars agree with the state-owned plan, but unfortunately the government is not good at handling it (Chen Xiaodong: reevaluation of the Qing government railway "main road state-owned policy", the third issue of the monthly Journal of History, 2008);
