【摘要】:1956年,我国进入社会主义探索建设时期后,农村生产关系发生显著改变。与农民生产生活息息相关的农村集市贸易,也随着国家政策的反复而经历了复杂的变化历程。本文以松江区档案馆馆藏文书档案为核心史料,试图勾勒出1958-1965年松江县农村集市贸易的变化轨迹,并进一步探讨松江县农村集市贸易的起伏与荣衰。本文第一章考察了人民公社化运动与松江县农村集市贸易的关系。在全国公社化的背景下,松江县于1958年9月“跑步进入共产主义”。农村人民公社的广泛建立,颠覆了原有生产关系,甚至一定程度上否定了商品交换。高度集中的计划经济体制,使得松江县农村集市上“无物可卖,无人能买”。松江县农村集市贸易基本消失。本文第二章探讨了三年经济困难时期,国家关于农村集市贸易政策的调整,以及松江县农村集市贸易的恢复。1959-1961年,松江县农副产品供应紧张,人民经济困难。国家开始调整农村政策,组织恢复农村集市贸易,以刺激农业生产、活跃农村经济。松江县农村集市贸易的恢复工作进展并不顺利。1959年下半年,松江县农村集市贸易初步恢复。但由于受到左倾思想的影响,松江县农村集市贸易于1960年又陷入停滞。直到1961年,松江县农村集市贸易才得到全面恢复。本文第三章分析了1962-1965年的国民经济调整时期,在国家加强对农村集市贸易的管理后,松江县农村集市贸易逐渐走向萎缩。1962年松江县农村集市贸易的市场自发行为增多,在经济好转的情形下,国家加强对农村集市贸易的管理,但收效不大。1963年后,松江县加强对农村集市贸易的管理力度,通过行政与经济手段限制农村集市贸易中的自发行为。1965年后,作为国营、合作社商业补充的松江县农村集市贸易走向萎缩。本文最后认为,国家政策的主导性与反复性,最终导致了松江县农村集市贸易的曲折发展。但农村集市贸易是与农村生产力发展水平相适应的,具有强大的生命力。农村集市贸易只能被限制却不能被消除。
[Abstract]:In 1956, China entered the period of socialist exploration and construction, the rural relations of production changed significantly. The rural market trade, which is closely related to farmers' production and life, has experienced complex changes with the repeated national policies. Taking the archives of Songjiang District Archives as the core historical data, this paper attempts to outline the changing track of the rural market trade in Songjiang County from 1958 to 1965, and further discusses the ups and downs of the rural fair trade in Songjiang County. The first chapter examines the relationship between the people's commune movement and the rural market trade in Songjiang County. In the context of the national commune, Songjiang County in September 1958, "running into communism." The widespread establishment of rural people's communes has subverted the original relations of production and even denied the exchange of goods to a certain extent. The highly centralized planned economy system made Songjiang County rural market "no goods to sell, no one can buy." Songjiang County rural fair trade basically disappeared. The second chapter discusses three years of economic difficulties, the adjustment of the state policy on rural market trade, and the restoration of the rural market trade in Songjiang County from 1959 to 1961. The supply of agricultural and sideline products in Songjiang County is tight, and the people's economy is difficult. The country began to adjust rural policies, organize and restore rural fair trade, to stimulate agricultural production and stimulate the rural economy. In the second half of 1959, the rural market trade in Songjiang County was initially restored. But due to the influence of left-leaning thought, Songjiang rural market trade stalled in 1960. Until 1961, Songjiang County rural fair trade was fully restored. The third chapter analyzes the period of national economic adjustment in 1962-1965. After the state strengthens the management of rural market trade, the rural market trade in Songjiang County gradually shrinks. In 1962, the spontaneous market behavior of rural market trade in Songjiang County increased. Under the situation of economic improvement, the state strengthened the management of rural market trade, but the results were not very good. After 1963, Songjiang County strengthened the management of rural market trade. By administrative and economic means, the spontaneous behavior of rural market trade was restricted. After 1965, the rural market trade in Songjiang County, as a supplement of state-owned cooperative commerce, declined. Finally, this paper argues that the dominant and repetitive state policy led to the zigzag development of rural market trade in Songjiang County. However, rural fair trade is compatible with the development level of rural productive forces and has strong vitality. Rural fair trade can only be restricted but not eliminated.
