民国前期安徽初等教育研究(1912-1927)

【摘要】:教育在人类社会发展中占有极其重要的地位,中国从古至今都有重视教育的传统。近代中国社会出现翻天覆地的变化,中国的传统教育也面临着近代化的转型,初等教育是国民教育的基础,近代中国新式教育发展以来,初等教育也随之发展。安徽近代初等教育发轫于19世纪末叶,清末改革学制后安徽的初等教育获得较快的发展,民国时期,安徽省的初等教育有了进一步改革与发展。1912年中华民国建立后,政府重视教育并大力发展教育,在民国初建之时就颁布了多项教育法令政策,安徽省秉承民国政府颁布的各项教育法令,大力发展初等教育并取得了一系列的成果。但当时的中国社会很快进入了军阀混战时期,社会秩序混乱,战争不断,不利的社会政治环境以及军阀的黑暗统治给安徽的初等教育带来了严重的影响,使得这一时期安徽的初等教育虽取得一定的成果,但总体上因主客观的原因发展相对缓慢。论文从安徽初等教育的发展背景开始研究,大体介绍了中国从古至今初等教育的发展概况,从中可以梳理清楚中国初等教育的发展脉络,并且了解到中国自古以来对初等教育的重视,随之着力探讨了民国前期安徽初等教育的发展状况,主要包括教育法令的实施、教育行政的完善、初等学堂的兴办以及新学制的推行情况,对于这一时期安徽初等教育的具体情况也有详细的介绍,主要有课程设置、教学方法、师资情况、教育经费等方面。此外还论及当时安徽的社会政治背景、教育环境以及经济发展对初等教育的影响,了解到这一时期安徽初等教育发展缓慢以及曲折的历史原因。因安徽地理位置特殊,与全国各省市的发展有很多不同之处,为了更好的了解安徽初等教育的发展状况,对于安徽与全国以及个别省份的差别也进行了个案研究,主要是探讨了当时安徽初等教育的发展在全国初等教育发展中所处的地位,并重点比较了这一时期安徽与山东初等教育发展的差别,从中可以看出安徽初等教育发展的特点。1912-1927年这一特殊历史时期安徽的初等教育呈现出独特的发展状况,取得了一定的成绩也有很多不足之处,对这一时期安徽初等教育进行研究,全面详细的分析安徽教育取得的成绩以及不足,为当代的教育发展总结经验教训。
[Abstract]:Education plays an extremely important role in the development of human society. China's traditional education is facing the transformation of modernization. Primary education is the foundation of national education. Since the development of modern Chinese new education, primary education has also developed. The primary education of Anhui Province began at the end of the 19th century. After the reform of the school system in the late Qing Dynasty, the primary education in Anhui Province developed rapidly. In the period of the Republic of China, the primary education in Anhui Province was further reformed and developed. The government attached great importance to education and vigorously developed education. At the beginning of the Republic of China, a number of educational decrees were promulgated. Anhui Province vigorously developed primary education and achieved a series of results in accordance with the various educational decrees issued by the Republic of China. At that time, however, Chinese society quickly entered into a period of warlordism. The chaos of social order, the constant war, the unfavorable social and political environment and the dark rule of the warlords had a serious impact on the primary education in Anhui. Although the primary education in Anhui made some achievements in this period, the development of primary education was relatively slow because of subjective and objective reasons. From the background of Anhui primary education development, the paper introduces the development of primary education in China from ancient to present, from which we can sort out the development of primary education in China. And understand the importance that China has attached to primary education since ancient times, and then focus on the development of primary education in Anhui in the early period of the Republic of China, mainly including the implementation of educational laws and the perfection of educational administration. The establishment of primary schools and the implementation of the new school system are also introduced in detail in this period of Anhui primary education, including curriculum, teaching methods, teachers, educational funds and so on. In addition, it also discusses the social and political background of Anhui at that time, the educational environment and the influence of economic development on primary education, and finds out the historical reasons for the slow and tortuous development of primary education in Anhui during this period. Because of its special geographical location, Anhui has many differences from the development of provinces and cities throughout the country. In order to better understand the development of primary education in Anhui, a case study has also been carried out on the differences between Anhui and the whole country as well as individual provinces. This paper mainly discusses the status of the development of primary education in Anhui at that time, and compares the difference between the development of primary education in Anhui and Shandong in this period. It can be seen that the characteristics of Anhui primary education development. 1912-1927 this special historical period of Anhui primary education presents a unique development situation, has made certain achievements, but also has a lot of deficiencies. This paper studies the primary education of Anhui in this period, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of Anhui education in detail, and sums up the experience and lessons for the development of contemporary education.
