《京师法律学堂笔记》的诞生及历史地位

【摘要】：清末京师法律学堂的建立为中国近代法律教育开启了新的篇章,《京师法律学堂笔记》以学堂所授相关课程讲义为蓝本加以编纂,一定程度上反映了当时法律教育的面貌。原京师法律学堂学员安徽宿松的熊元翰、熊元楷、熊元襄及其他安徽法学社社员为这套丛书的编纂付出了很大的心血。《京师法律学堂笔记》在出版时还遭遇了侵权,几经波折才得以面世。这套丛书在传播新的法律用语、普及基本法律理念和构建近代法学学科体系等方面,发挥了巨大作用。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the Beijing Teachers' School of Law in the late Qing Dynasty opened a new chapter for the legal education in modern China. The Notes of the School of Law of Peking Teachers was compiled on the basis of the lecture notes of the relevant courses, which to some extent reflected the appearance of the legal education at that time. Xiong Yuanhan, Xiong Yuankai, Xiong Yuanxiang, and other members of the Anhui Law Society of the former Beijing Teachers' School of Law made great efforts to compile the series. It took several twists and turns to come out. This series of books has played an important role in spreading new legal terms popularizing basic legal concepts and constructing modern legal discipline system.
