造就抗日救国先锋:陕北公学的干部教育

【摘要】：全面抗战爆发前后,为适应新的革命形势尤其是全面抗战的需要,中国共产党亟需大量知识青年充实革命队伍。为此,抵达陕北后的中共中央,新创办了一所革命大学——陕北公学。为了将奔赴延安的进步青年培养成为适应战时需要的革命青年,陕北公学在"造就抗日救国先锋"这一干部教育方针的指导下,在政治素养、实干能力等方面对他们进行集中短期锤炼。这种短促轮训性质的干部教育模式,不仅培养了大批抗日救国的先锋,为敌后抗日根据地的广泛开辟和全面抗战的最终胜利准备了基干力量,而且造就了大批抗日救国的先锋,为新民主主义革命的最后胜利和新中国建设打下了坚实的干部基础,还对此后我国高等教育和党的干部教育产生了重大影响。
[Abstract]:Before and after the outbreak of the comprehensive anti Japanese War, in order to meet the needs of the new revolutionary situation, especially the comprehensive anti Japanese War, the Communist Party of China urgently needs a large number of knowledge-based youth to enrich the revolutionary team.
