晚清政权强化公权力进程中的清障努力——对文献中“恶劣绅衿”三种表达类型的考释

【摘要】：在晚清文献中"恶劣绅衿"的记载数量巨大。但细究这些记载,可根据语境分不同情境做出不同类型的划分,所谓的"恶劣绅衿"有实际性、防乱性与衬托性三种表达类型。实际性的"恶劣绅衿"确实存在,但出于防乱性、衬托性的表达往往给人"恶劣绅衿"存在程度之严重的印象。出于防乱性的表达多见于历年奏报,记载中很难见到具体的恶劣行为,而以衬托方式记载的恶劣绅衿更有为突出某位官员或某位地方正直人物而以恶劣绅衿作为其行为对照,加以强调;有时为强调某一地区的吏治民风之刁顽,也存在着夸大恶劣绅衿之恶行的现象。对于清代文献中频繁出现的"恶劣绅衿"的仔细酌量和进一步考释,或可窥见晚清政权在强化"公权力"、打击地方离心势力方面所做的清障努力。
[Abstract]:In the literature of the late Qing Dynasty, the record of "bad gentry Jin" was huge. However, these records can be divided into different situations according to the context. The so-called "evil gentry Jin" has three kinds of expression types: practical, anti-disorder and contrasting. The actual "bad gentry Jin" does exist, but the expression of "abominable gentry Jin" often gives a serious impression of the existence degree of "abominable gentry Jin". The expression of anti-disorder is more common in the newspapers of the past years, and it is very difficult to see any concrete bad behavior in the records. However, the evil gentry recorded by way of setting off is more likely to highlight a certain official or a local upright person and use the evil gentry Jin as the contrast of his behavior. In order to emphasize the obstinate style of local officials, there is also the phenomenon of exaggerating the evil behavior of the evil gentry. The careful discretion and further study of the "bad gentry Jin" frequently appeared in the literature of the Qing Dynasty may be a glimpse of the efforts made by the late Qing regime to strengthen the "public power" and crack down on the local centrifugal forces.
