1949-1952年成都市政府对私立中学的改造与接办

【摘要】:新中国成立后,人民政府本着新民主主义原则对全国的私立中学进行改造和接办,使其能够真正符合新民主主义教育方针。本文截取1949—1952年底成都市这一批改造、接办中的私立中学为研究对象,通过对比成都市人民政府和川西人民行政公署文教厅对各类私立中学校所进行不同方式的改造、接办,从中探索出当时成都市私立中学的生存状态和人民政府处理各类私立中学的策略及中等教育与新生政权巩固之间的关系,归纳分析其中的因果关系、实施过程及影响。 本文除前言及结语部分外,主要通过三部分内容详细介绍成都市从1949—1952年底这三年间私立中学的活动。 第一章,交代了成都市接管与整顿私立中学的历史背景。首先通过对政治环境、经济状况、教育政策的叙述介绍了建国初期这一特殊时间段改造、接办私立中学的教育背景。其次,就成都市解放前夕和建国初期的私立中学的状况做了初步分析。 第二章,主要论述了成都市私立中学的改造和接办过程。首先是调查研究、进行接管、逐步改造阶段(1949—1952上半年),就此时政府对成都市私立中学的政策方针,具体实施及整顿接管后私立中学的变化进行了具体叙述,并选取具有代表性的有军阀背景的私立蜀华中学、清协联中的合并为例。其次是全部接办私立中学校阶段(1952下半年),就政策转变的原因、实施作了具体描述,由具有教会背景的华美女中的接办来进行具体分析。最后,论述了教职员工及学生在私立中学由政府改造至接办这一过程中的思想及待遇的转变。 第三章,通过对比与其他地区私立中学的改造与接办的情况,分析说明了成都市建国初期私立中学改造与接办的成效与影响。 结束语,通过建国初期成都市私立中学改造与接办这一事件来思考当今私立教育事业的未来。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the people's government reformed and took over the private middle schools throughout the country on the basis of the new democratic principle, so that it could truly conform to the new democratic education policy. This article intercepts this batch of transformation of Chengdu at the end of 1949-1952, taking over the private middle school in operation as the research object, through the comparison of the Chengdu people's Government and the cultural and educational department of the Western Sichuan people's Administrative Office to carry out the transformation of various kinds of private middle school in different ways, This paper explores the survival status of private middle schools in Chengdu at that time, the strategies adopted by the people's government to deal with all kinds of private middle schools, and the relationship between secondary education and the consolidation of the new regime, and summarizes and analyzes the causality, implementation process and influence thereof. In addition to the preface and conclusion, this paper introduces in detail the activities of private middle schools in Chengdu from 1949 to 1952. The first chapter explains the historical background of taking over and rectifying private middle schools in Chengdu. Firstly, the political environment, economic situation and educational policy are introduced, and the educational background of the private middle school is introduced in this special period of time in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Secondly, it makes a preliminary analysis on the situation of the private middle schools on the eve of the liberation of Chengdu and at the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The second chapter, mainly discusses the Chengdu private middle school transformation and the process of taking over. The first is to investigate and study, to take over, to gradually transform the stage (1949-1952 first half). At this time, the government's policy on Chengdu private middle schools, the specific implementation and rectification of the changes in private secondary schools after the takeover were described in detail. And select the representative private Shuhua Middle School with warlord background, the combination of Qing Association as an example. The second part is the stage of taking over private middle schools (in the second half of 1952), which describes the reasons for the policy change, and analyzes the reasons for the change of the policy by taking over from the Chinese beauties with church background. Finally, the paper discusses the change of thought and treatment in the process of teaching staff and students' transformation from government to private middle school. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the effect and influence of the reform and management of private middle school in Chengdu in the early period of founding by comparing it with the situation of private middle school in other regions. In conclusion, the author thinks about the future of private education by reforming and taking over the private middle school in Chengdu in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.
