清末杭州关进出口贸易研究（1896-1910）

【摘要】：近代杭州开埠是杭州历史发展中的一件大事。厘清杭州开埠的原因和经过是研究杭州开埠史的基础。以海关数据立论,从杭州关进出口贸易研究入手探讨杭州开埠后所产生的社会影响则是目前学界的一个新的研究热点。这两项研究不仅填补了杭州开埠史研究的空白,而且是对杭州地方史研究的一次有益探索。 杭州开埠是日本帝国主义打开中国内地市场,将杭州卷入世界市场的开始,也是清政府进一步丧失国家重大利权,加深国内统治危机的表现。杭州关的设立缘于杭州开埠为通商口岸,杭州开埠始末的阐述实为杭州关进出口贸易的分析提供背景资料,将有助于对杭州关贸易活动变化及成因的理解。杭州关也成为杭州开埠以来经济社会发生变化的一个观察点。通过对杭州关记录的进出口贸易商品种类、数量、结构、流向的定量定性分析,探讨清末杭州区域经济发展、商品生产结构特点、及腹地经济的联系等相关问题,说明杭州开埠给杭州进出口贸易发展带来了机遇和挑战。杭州出口型外贸经济的发展特点日趋明显,杭州腹地经济范围有所扩大,与上海的经贸联系日益紧密,浙江省对外贸易格局正在发生变化等杭州开埠后十五年间经济发展的特点,展现出杭州经济发展的生命力。而生产方式落后、地方政府管理缺陷,西方列强加强资本输出式侵略,海关与厘金局的利权争夺等因素又成为杭州经济发展的制约。近代杭州对外贸易史的研究必将给现代杭州社会发展带来深刻的启示。
[Abstract]:The opening of modern Hangzhou port is a major event in Hangzhou's historical development. To clarify the reasons and process of Hangzhou port opening is the basis of the history of Hangzhou port opening. Based on the theory of customs data, it is a new research hotspot in the academic circles to discuss the social impact of Hangzhou's opening port from the study of Hangzhou's import and export trade. These two studies not only fill the gap in the history of Hangzhou's opening port, but also serve as a useful exploration for the study of Hangzhou's local history. The opening of Hangzhou port is the beginning of the Japanese imperialism opening up the mainland market of China and involving Hangzhou in the world market. It is also the manifestation of the Qing government losing the great national interests and deepening the crisis of domestic domination. The establishment of Hangzhou Customs is due to the opening of Hangzhou port as a trade port. The explanation of Hangzhou port opening provides background information for the analysis of Hangzhou customs import and export trade, which will help to understand the changes and causes of Hangzhou customs trade activities. Hangzhou Guan has also become an observation point of economic and social changes since the opening of Hangzhou. Based on the quantitative qualitative analysis of the types, quantity, structure and direction of the import and export trade commodities recorded in Hangzhou, this paper probes into the development of Hangzhou's regional economy, the characteristics of commodity production structure, and the relationship between the hinterland economy and so on in the late Qing Dynasty. The opening of Hangzhou port brings opportunities and challenges to the development of Hangzhou import and export trade. The development characteristics of Hangzhou's export-oriented foreign trade economy are becoming increasingly obvious, the economic scope of Hangzhou's hinterland has been expanded, and its economic and trade ties with Shanghai have become increasingly close. The pattern of foreign trade in Zhejiang Province is changing and the characteristics of Hangzhou's economic development in 15 years after the opening of the port show the vitality of Hangzhou's economic development. However, the backward production mode, the defect of local government management, the strengthening of capital export aggression by Western powers, and the scramble for profit and power between customs and Lijin Bureau have become the constraints of Hangzhou's economic development. The study of the history of foreign trade in modern Hangzhou will bring profound enlightenment to the development of modern Hangzhou society.
