建设委员会与对外无线电利权挽回及事业发展

【摘要】：南京国民政府建设委员会成立未及半年,即在张静江领导下从交通部接收了对全国无线电事业的管理事务。在从1928年6月到1929年6月短短的一年时间内,建设委员会在对国内无线电事业全面整理的同时,还大刀阔斧地清理外国在华无线电事业。建设委员会不仅建立了上海真茹国际电台与中菲转播电台,还逐步取消了外人在华所设的一些电台,并适时推动无线电机件材料的正常国内外贸易。在此基础上,全国无线电事业获得了快速发展。建设委员会对国外在华无线电事业的管理不仅在一定程度上挽回了国家民族利权,还推动了中外贸易的快速发展,加快了国内无线电事业的进步。
[Abstract]:Less than half a year after the establishment of the Nanjing National Government Construction Committee, under the leadership of Zhang Jingjiang, it took over the management of the national radio industry from the Ministry of Communications. In a short period of one year from June 1928 to June 1929, the construction committee made an overall arrangement of the domestic radio industry, and at the same time cleaned up the foreign radio industry in China. The construction committee not only established Shanghai ZhenRu International Radio Station and China and Philippines Broadcasting Station, but also gradually abolished some foreign radio stations in China, and promoted the normal domestic and foreign trade in radio parts materials in good time. On this basis, the national radio industry has achieved rapid development. The management of the foreign radio industry in China not only redeemed the national interests to a certain extent, but also promoted the rapid development of foreign trade and accelerated the progress of the domestic radio industry.
