滇缅公路与战时云南社会变动

【摘要】:作为近代科学技术发源地的英国,科学技术的发展与当时的社会有着非常密切的联系,科学技术一方面在展现出其推动工商业、海外贸易等方面的巨大力量,同时也被社会所认可,社会的需求也促进相关科学领域的产生,相关科学技术的发展,科学技术与社会相互促进,互动发展。相比较近代中国出现科学技术时,无论是科学技术被认知的程度,还是科学技术在中国的传播、应用,都与科学技术发源地的英国有着非常大的不同,当然我们不能说只有沿着英国科学技术发展的方式方法才叫正确应用和发展科学技术,但是在近代中国科学技术应用与发展都远远脱离了与社会相互促进互动发展的模式。科学技术应用的目的也并非经济、社会等方面的需要。作为巩固政权、抵御外辱科学技术却成为了中国大力学习的最主要目的。在面对科学技术产物的时候,也是有同样认识的。 在近代中国,有着大量西方列强引入的科学技术和科技产物,这些科技或科技产物就其本身就多少带有较为浓厚的资源掠夺和市场占有等目的。与此同时学习西方科学技术,自己创办厂矿,兴修各类设施如:公路、铁路等也仅仅是为了改变落后的现状,其中也有打破西方列强对于某些技术、某些交通线的垄断状况。 滇缅公路是一条非常特殊的公路,作为近代科学技术的产物,修筑所需要的技术在当时是较高的,面对滇西较为复杂的地理环境,对于云南来说无论是技术还是资金都无法完成。在滇缅公路规划的初期,其目的也并非为发展滇西地区做设计,其中充斥着打破滇越铁路作为唯一出境线垄断地位的这样的因素。而滇缅公路又因为战争爆发不惜一切代价的抢通。无论是设计之初,还是方案的事实,都不是经济发展或是社会需求造成的。面对这样一条公路在抗战期间,发挥了“生命线”的作用,而对滇西地区和整个云南产生的改变都是较大的。
[Abstract]:As the birthplace of modern science and technology in Britain, the development of science and technology was closely related to the society at that time. On the one hand, science and technology showed its tremendous strength in promoting industry and commerce, overseas trade, and so on. At the same time, it is also recognized by the society, the social needs also promote the emergence of relevant science and technology, the development of relevant science and technology, science and technology and society mutually promote, interactive development. Compared with the emergence of science and technology in modern China, both the degree to which science and technology were recognized and the dissemination and application of science and technology in China were very different from that of Britain, where science and technology originated. Of course, we can not say that only along the way of the development of science and technology in England is the correct application and development of science and technology, but in modern China, the application and development of science and technology are far from the mode of mutual promotion and development with the society. The purpose of science and technology application is not the need of economy, society and so on. As a consolidation of the regime, resisting foreign insults to science and technology has become the main purpose of China's vigorous learning. In the face of the products of science and technology, there is the same understanding. In modern China, there are a large number of science and technology products introduced by Western powers. These scientific and technological products have more or less the purpose of resource plunder and market possession. At the same time, we should study western science and technology, set up factories and mines, and build all kinds of facilities, such as roads and railways, to change the backward situation, which also breaks the monopoly of western powers on some technologies and some traffic lines. As a product of modern science and technology, the Yunnan-Burma Highway was a very special one. The technology needed for construction was relatively high at that time, facing the more complicated geographical environment in western Yunnan. For Yunnan, neither technology nor capital can be completed. In the early stage of Yunnan-Burma highway planning, its purpose was not to design for the development of western Yunnan, which was full of such factors as breaking the monopoly position of Yunnan-Vietnam railway as the only exit line. And the Yunnan-Burma highway because of the outbreak of war at all costs to rob. Neither the beginning of the design nor the fact of the scheme were caused by economic development or social needs. In the face of such a highway during the Anti-Japanese War, it played the role of "lifeline", but the changes to the western Yunnan area and the whole Yunnan were great.
