沂蒙解放区的支前人力工作——基于乡村动员中矛盾冲突与利益调适的策略分析

【摘要】：人力组织和动员工作是战争支前工作的重要组成部分。沂蒙解放区在支前人力工作的创造性实践活动中,通过建立完备的支前领导体系和组织机构以加强支前的组织领导,强化对干部群众及民夫的支前教育与政治动员,掌握各地实际出夫能力以适度合理地调拨与使用民力,制定合理的支前政策以实现群众利益的平衡及解决支前中的矛盾与问题,为党的基层群众工作积累了宝贵的历史经验。
[Abstract]:Manpower organization and mobilization is an important part of the work before the war. In the creative practice of manpower work in Yimeng liberated area, through the establishment of a complete leading system and organization to strengthen the organizational leadership, and to strengthen the education and political mobilization of cadres and masses and people's husbands, Mastering the actual ability of the local husband to allocate and use the people's force reasonably, formulating a reasonable policy to balance the interests of the masses and solving the contradictions and problems before the support has accumulated valuable historical experience for the grass-roots mass work of the Party.
