周恩来在抗美援朝战争中的军事和外交贡献

【摘要】：周恩来是我党伟大的无产阶级革命家,也是一位杰出的军事家和外交家。在抗美援朝战争时期,周恩来主持中央军委的日常工作和新中国的外交工作,协助毛泽东指挥作战,参与战略决策、拟定作战方针和计划、后勤保障并负责具体部署和组织实施,在进行军事斗争的同时他展开了全方位的外交斗争,指导停战谈判、解决战俘遣返问题,最终促成停战协定的签字,在战略决策、军事指挥、后勤保障、外交谈判等方面发挥了重要作用,为抗美援朝战争的胜利做出了巨大贡献。本文在文献研究的基础上力求从军事和外交两大方面分别阐述周恩来对抗美援朝战争的胜利所做出的重大贡献。 文章正文部分分为两大部分:一是周恩来对抗美援朝战争的军事贡献,包括战略决策、作战指挥和后勤保障三个方面。主要论述了周恩来未雨绸缪,组建东北边防军和参与出兵决策是战争胜利的先决条件;运筹帷幄,拟定作战方针计划并具体指挥作战是战争胜利的重要因素;统揽全局的后勤保障为战争胜利打下坚实的物质基础。二是周恩来对抗美援朝战争的外交贡献,包括对美国开展全方位外交斗争和指导停战谈判两个方面。主要论述了他展开全方位、多渠道的外交工作配合了军事斗争的进行,开拓中国外交的新局面;同时还具体指导停战谈判,解决战俘遣返问题,为促成停战协定的签字做出了不懈的努力。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai is not only a great proletarian revolutionary, but also an outstanding militarist and diplomatist. During the War of Resistance against the United States and Aid to the DPRK, Zhou Enlai presided over the daily work of the Central military Commission and the diplomatic work of the people's Republic of China, assisted Mao Zedong in directing operations, participating in strategic decisions, drawing up operational principles and plans, logistical support and responsible for specific deployment and organization and implementation. At the same time, he launched an all-round diplomatic struggle, guided truce negotiations, resolved the issue of the return of prisoners of war, and finally led to the signing of the armistice agreement. It played an important role in strategic decision-making, military command, logistics support, diplomatic negotiations and so on, and made great contributions to the victory of the War of Resistance against the United States and Aid to the DPRK. On the basis of literature research, this paper tries to explain Zhou Enlai's great contributions to the victory of the War of Resistance against America and Aid Korea from two aspects of military and diplomacy. The main body of the article is divided into two parts: first, Zhou Enlai's military contribution to the War of Resistance against America and Aid to the DPRK, including three aspects: strategic decision, operational command and logistical support. This paper mainly discusses that Zhou Enlai is the prerequisite for the victory of the war by setting up the northeast border defense army and participating in the decision-making of sending troops in advance, that the strategy, the formulation of the operational policy plan and the concrete command of the war are the important factors of the victory of the war, and that the overall logistical support lays a solid material foundation for the victory of the war. Second, Zhou Enlai's diplomatic contribution to the War of Resistance against the United States and Aid to the DPRK, including carrying out an all-round diplomatic struggle against the United States and guiding armistice negotiations. This paper mainly discusses that his omni-directional and multi-channel diplomatic work has cooperated with the military struggle and opened up a new situation in China's diplomacy. At the same time, he has also concretely guided the armistice negotiations, solved the problem of the return of prisoners of war, and made unremitting efforts to promote the signature of the armistice agreement.
