【摘要】：恩赏银两，是清代恩赏制度中的一项重要内容，红白事恩赏银两又是恩赏银两的一种最为主要的类型，红白事恩赏银与旗人生活密切相关，且与生息银两制度、八旗生计问题、旗人福利问题存在联系。本文以清代盛京地区旗人红白事恩赏银为研究对象，以辽宁省档案馆馆藏《黑图档》全宗档案、《盛京内务府》全宗档案为主要资料依据，通过对盛京旗人红白事恩赏银的研究，，以期对清朝统治者优养旗人、解决八旗生计问题的措施，以及旗人的社会保障问题提供认识，并以盛京旗人红白事恩赏银为个案，间接透射出有清一代红白事恩赏银的沿革变化。正文内容由四部分组成：第一部分：红白事恩赏银缘起。根据档案等相关史料，对清代红白事恩赏银及盛京地区红白事恩赏银的设立情况、红白事恩赏银来源做出说明。第二部分：恩赏对象及赏银数额。介绍盛京地区宗室觉罗、官员兵丁、旗下闲散、孀妇孤子的赏银数额及给予赏银政策的制定与演变。第三部分：红白事恩赏银发放与管理。从预领、发放、造具清册和对违规事例的处罚，论述红白事恩赏银发放管理的严密性。第四部分：清后期红白事恩赏银的变化。介绍咸丰至宣统时期盛京地区红白事恩赏银的变化情况，侧重对赏银发放形式的转变及红白事恩赏银的停放与恢复状况论述。
[Abstract]:The reward of silver is an important part of the reward system in the Qing Dynasty. The red and white things are also the most important types of the two. The red and white things are closely related to the life of the flag people, and they are closely related to the system of interest and silver, and the livelihood of the eight banners. There is a link between the welfare of the flag people. This paper takes Hongbai Shi en appreciation silver as the object of study, takes the archives of Liaoning Province Archives of < Black Pictures > > whole Archives as the main data basis, and < Shengjing House Office > whole file as the main data basis. Through the study of Hongbai Shi en reward silver in Shengjing, in order to provide an understanding of the measures taken by the rulers of the Qing Dynasty to raise the banners, to solve the livelihood problems of the eight banners, and to solve the social security problems of the banners, and to take the Hongbai Sien reward silver as a case study. Indirect transmission out of the Qing Dynasty red and white reward silver evolution. The text consists of four parts:. The first part: the origin of the red and white silver reward. According to the relevant historical data, the establishment of the Qing Dynasty red and white silver reward and the Shengjing area red and white silver reward sources are explained. The second part: the object of appreciation and the amount of silver. It introduces the formulation and evolution of the policy of silver reward and the policy of giving silver reward. The third part: the issuance and management of red and white reward silver. From the prereceipt, issuance, inventory and punishment of violations, this paper discusses the strictness of the management of red and white reward silver. Part 4th: the change of red and white silver reward in late Qing Dynasty. This paper introduces the changes of red and white silver reward in Shengjing area from Xianfeng to Xuanzhong period, and emphasizes on the change of the form of silver reward and the parking and restoration of red and white silver reward.
