宋代津渡的经营与管理

【摘要】：受桥梁制造技术和成本所限,以船摆渡是宋代渡河的主要方式。因业务繁简、位置冲偏的差异,津渡的管理和经营也有多种方式。官府设置了大量官渡,官渡是渡河交通的主要保障,其经营方式主要有两种:在重要和便利的津渡设置渡官、渡子直接经营,在人少利薄的津渡实行竞价买扑。但官渡不能完全满足需要,且常有勒索渡人的现象发生。官渡之外,还有大量的民间私渡。为了保障官渡的利益以及边境河流地域的安全,官府曾一再下令禁止私渡,但私渡始终禁而不绝,其数量甚至远多于官渡。而对津渡的管理也体现出宋朝保障交通与追求经济利益的双重政策取向。
[Abstract]:Limited by bridge manufacturing technology and cost, boat ferry was the main way of crossing the river in Song Dynasty. Due to the complexity of business and the difference of location, there were many ways to manage and manage Jindu. A large number of mandarins were set up by the government. Guandu is the main guarantee of the river crossing traffic. There are two main modes of operation: setting up the ferry officials in the important and convenient Jindu, managing the ferry directly, and carrying out bidding in the small profit Jindu, but the Guandu can not completely meet the needs. In addition to Guandu, there is also a large number of private migrants. In order to protect the interests of Guandu and the security of border river areas, the government has repeatedly ordered the prohibition of smuggling, but smuggling has always been banned. The management of Jindu also reflects the dual policy orientation of protecting traffic and pursuing economic benefits in Song Dynasty.
