[Abstract]:Since 16th century, China has gradually integrated into the world trading system dominated by maritime trade, but China's maritime trade era has not been brought into the Western world. There is no direct discussion about when China's maritime trade era began. However, there are different views on the relevant studies. Hamashita believes that the 1500s, the 16th century, With the development of Chinese tributary trade and exchange trade, the Asian economic circle centered on China is formed. Anthony Rhett regards Zheng he's voyage to the West in 1405 as the beginning of Southeast Asia's "trading era", which means that this will be of great importance to China's maritime trade.
