【摘要】：官德教化是古代中国进行伦理道德建设最重要的环节之一，它是百姓取法之源，有利于良好社会风气的形成和封建统治的稳定。在亡秦的废墟之上建立的汉朝对建立社会伦理新秩序的需求非常迫切，而汉代官德教化则是社会伦理教化的一个重要方面。目前，，关于汉代官德教化的研究比较薄弱，基本上还没有关于这方面的专门性研究成果出现。笔者在对官德教化进行概念界定的基础上，试图对汉代官德教化进行系统、全面的研究。本文主要从以下几个方面来论述：首先，对汉代官德教化的历史渊源和理论前提进行考察。在先秦贤人政治传统、秦朝重视“为吏之道”的遗风和儒家德治思想的综合作用下，使汉代的统治者非常重视通过加强对官吏的道德教化，来推动对百姓的道德教化。其次，论述汉代官德教化的内涵和方式。本文主要从忠君、孝亲、廉洁、奉公、宽仁、勤勉等六个方面论述了官德教化的内涵，而教化的方式主要包括加官进爵、物质赏赐、精神激励和法律惩戒等方面。第三，总结汉代官德教化的特征和保障机制。特征主要包括内容的丰富性、方式的多样性、时间的持续性、过程的渐进性和重视程度的不均衡性等。为了保障官德教化的顺利进行，汉代政府建立了以德为先的选官制、系统严格的监察制和奖励惩处的考核制。第四，以上述研究为基础，阐述了汉代官德教化的得失。积极影响主要表现在政治、经济、社会和文化方面，并且消极影响也有值得我们借鉴的地方。总之，汉代的官德教化对中国传统官德教化产生了深远的影响，亦对当代政治文明和精神文明建设有重要的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of official morality is one of the most important links in the construction of ethics and morality in ancient China. It is the source of common people's learning method and is conducive to the formation of good social atmosphere and the stability of feudal rule.The Han Dynasty, which was built on the ruins of Qin Dynasty, had an urgent need to establish a new order of social ethics, and the cultivation of official ethics in the Han Dynasty was an important aspect of social ethics education.At present, the research on the cultivation of official morality in the Han Dynasty is relatively weak, and there is no specialized research on this aspect.On the basis of defining the concept of official moral education, the author tries to make a systematic and comprehensive study on it in the Han Dynasty.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:First of all, the historical origin and theoretical premise of the official morality education in the Han Dynasty were investigated.In the political tradition of the virtuous people in the pre-Qin Dynasty, the Qin Dynasty attached importance to the legacy of "the way for the officials" and the Confucian thought of ruling by virtue, which made the rulers of the Han Dynasty attach great importance to promoting the moral education of the common people by strengthening the moral education of the officials.Secondly, it discusses the connotation and method of official morality education in Han Dynasty.This paper mainly discusses the connotation of official morality education from six aspects, such as loyal monarch, filial piety, incorruptness, public service, benevolence, diligence, etc.Third, summarize the characteristics and safeguard mechanism of official morality education in Han Dynasty.The features mainly include the richness of content, the diversity of ways, the persistence of time, the gradual process and the imbalance of the degree of attention.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the official morality education, the Han government established the system of selecting officials first, the system of strict supervision and the examination system of reward and punishment.Fourth, based on the above research, the gains and losses of the official morality education in the Han Dynasty are expounded.The positive effects are mainly in the political, economic, social and cultural aspects, and the negative effects are also worthy of our reference.In a word, the official morality education in Han Dynasty had a profound influence on the Chinese traditional official morality education, and also had important reference function to the contemporary political civilization and the spiritual civilization construction.
