从文字资料略谈秦早期政治

【摘要】：作者在文献、考古资料的基础上,主要利用传世与新发现的秦铜器铭文,辅以玉(石)器、简牍资料,论证了春秋早期至战国中期秦早期政治的特点。这些资料告诉我们以下几点:虽然在某些时段会出现卿大夫专权、权力下移的现象,但君权与公室一直处于该时期权力结构的主要位置;血缘仍是重要的政治法则;异族在秦早期政治中作用明显,春期中晚期已形成一定的势力,是秦政治的重要支柱之一;作为中央集权的另一头,地方分权行为即县制,春秋时代已在孕育之中,这与晋、楚等国的县制一样,都是中国地方行政制度的开端。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the literature and archaeological data, the author mainly uses the inscriptions of ancient and newly discovered Qin bronze wares, supplemented by jade (stone) objects and bamboo slips, to demonstrate the characteristics of the politics from the early Spring and Autumn period to the early Qin Dynasty in the warring States period. These data tell us the following points: although there will be a certain period of time, the phenomenon of the monarchy and the power shift down, but the monarchy and the public office has been in the main position of the power structure of that period, blood relationship is still an important political law; As the other end of the centralization of power, the county system, the Spring and Autumn period has been pregnant, this is the Jin, The county system of Chu and other countries is the beginning of Chinese local administrative system.
