王弘奏免谢灵运事考

【摘要】：谢灵运任世子左卫率时,因擅杀门生被宋尚书仆射王弘奏弹免官,御史中丞王准之亦因不加纠举被弹免官,此事发生在义熙十四年九月至年底。从制度上看,纠弹御史中丞权归尚书左丞而非尚书仆射,且尚书省奏弹应据文书而不可据风闻,王弘奏弹在职权和方式上都有违制之处,却得到刘裕的支持,可见此事别有隐情。义熙北伐中,刘裕曾欲以刘义隆代刘义符居"储"位,王弘为刘裕代晋功臣,且因王昙首、王华为刘义隆府佐而亲近义隆,谢灵运则为刘义符府佐。奏弹是王弘代表义隆集团,在刘裕默许甚至支持下对刘义符集团的打压。
[Abstract]:When Xie Lingyun was in charge of Zuo Wei, he was fired by Song Shangshu's servant, Wang Hong, and Wang Zhizhi was removed from office because he did not correct his work, which took place between September 14 and the end of Yixi. From the system point of view, the power of the imperial history of correcting plays belongs to Shangshu Zuocheng, not to Shangshu's servants, and it should not be heard of according to the documents. Wang Hong-tuan has violated the rules in terms of authority and manner, but he has the support of Liu Yu. We can see that there is something different about this matter. In the Northern Expedition of Yixi, Liu Yu once wanted Liu Yilong to represent Liu Yifu as the "reserve", Wang Hong was the official of Liu Yu on behalf of Jin, and because of Wang Tan first, Wang Hua was close to Yilong for Liu Yilong, while Xie Lingyun was for Liu Yifu. Playing is Wang Hong on behalf of the Yilong Group, Liu Yu acquiesced in even support of the Liu Yifu Group's crackdown.
