[Abstract]:The literati notes and imperial examination system are two relatively big research fields, and in recent years, in the imperial examination system research, there are many references from the literati notes. Most of the writers' notes are closely related to the imperial examination, some of them are from the test-entry school, some are from the rural areas, and some of them are eliminated or have never participated in the imperial examination for life. From the preface of his works, the inscriptions also vaguely know that quite a few of them are connected with the imperial examination and even the imperial examination hall. Therefore, it can be said that the writers of the literati's notes set up a bridge between the imperial examinations of the Ming Dynasty and the notes of the literati, and they deliberately or unintentionally wrote casually in their daily lives. So many literati notes have recorded some contents related to the imperial examination system at that time, which also became a basic point of this thesis. From the angle of literati's notes in Ming Dynasty, this paper takes the research on the related problems in the imperial examination system of Ming Dynasty as the content, the time from the beginning of the examination system, the content of the examination, the quota of the entrance examination, the object of the examination, the establishment of the examination organization and the reading of the examination paper. A comparative study was made in ten aspects, such as the creation of names and three kinds of custom, the inscription of inscriptions, the compilation and revision of the official records, the prominence of the hall tests, the cheating phenomenon of the hall tests, and so on, with a comparative study of the contents contained in the literati's notes and the contents contained in the official history. Due to the overload of the imperial examination system after the middle period of the Ming Dynasty, the scholars at that time doubted the fairness of the imperial examination and lost their confidence in the examination. Correspondingly, a large number of imperial examinations and superstitions were rampant, and there were many related records in the notes of literati in Ming Dynasty, and this paper also discussed the related phenomena. Finally, the article analyzes the social reasons for the literati to record the relevant situation.
