东郡之置与秦灭六国——以权力结构与郡制推行为中心

【摘要】：秦统一战争得以成功展开,与东郡之置关系密切。秦昭襄王末年,范雎"远交近攻"战略在山东合纵下,遭遇挫折。蔡泽确立"东收周室"之策,突破秦既往连横外交,通过中部领土伸展,决断合纵之势。秦庄襄王至秦王政初年,蒙骜在吕不韦执政下统兵续进,"初置三川",随后突破太行山、荧阳一线,深入六国腹地,设置东郡。东郡扩境后成功与中立国齐国连接,将河北燕、赵与河南魏、楚隔绝,完成了以往东向连横未能达到的目标。"初置东郡",不仅为秦灭六国奠定了重要基础,而且为理解汉廷控御东方诸侯提供了新的线索。嬴政亲政,启动兼并战争。统帅王翦、王贲父子以东郡—齐国为界,分居南、北两侧攻灭诸国。统一帝业,由此实现。
