【摘要】：正21世纪以来,西方面临着日益严重的危机和挑战:恐怖袭击、难民危机、经济危机、种族冲突。在这种背景下民主日益失灵、民粹强势崛起。2016年西方最重要的两个国家发生黑天鹅事件:英国脱欧、特朗普当选美国总统。2017年5月法国也差一点步英美后尘。以民粹主义政党为代表的反建制力量一再"挑战"现有的政治秩序和主流政党的执政地位,一向以稳定著称的多个欧洲国家出现了政治不稳定现象。以资本主义为主要支撑的西方政治制度经过了几百年
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the West has faced growing crises and challenges: terrorist attacks, refugee crises, economic crises, ethnic conflicts. In this context, democracy is failing day by day. In 2016, the black swan occurred in two of the most important countries in the West: Brexit from the European Union. Trump was elected president of the United States. In May 2017, France nearly followed Britain and the United States. Anti-establishment forces, represented by populist parties, repeatedly "challenged" the existing political order and the ruling position of mainstream political parties. Political instability has emerged in many European countries, which have long been known for their stability. The Western political system, supported mainly by capitalism, has lasted for hundreds of years.
