国家疆域形态演变及其对边疆理论的影响

【摘要】：国家疆域形态是边疆理论产生和发展的基本前提。疆域的根本属性是国家属性,在国家形态的演变历程中,主权体制的出现和发展对疆域形态的影响是根本性的。从非主权时代到主权时代,再到全球化治理时代,疆域形态发生了从单一到多样,从简单到复杂的深刻变化。国家疆域形态的变化,也促使与之相适应的边疆理论的出现和发展。以全球化时代为分水岭,前后的疆域与边疆形态存在着巨大的反差,而在此基础上形成的边疆理论也发生了较为明显的转变。尤其是对主权框架的冲击和非领土性边疆的拓展,是当前边疆理论构建值得关注的重大问题。
[Abstract]:The form of national territory is the basic premise of the emergence and development of frontier theory. The fundamental attribute of territory is the attribute of state, and in the course of the evolution of state form, The emergence and development of the sovereign system have a fundamental influence on the territorial form. From the non-sovereign era to the sovereignty era, and then to the era of global governance, the territorial form has taken place from single to diverse. The profound changes from simplicity to complexity, and the change of the form of national territory, also promote the emergence and development of the corresponding frontier theory. Taking the era of globalization as the watershed, there is a great contrast between the frontier and the frontier. Especially the impact on the sovereignty frame and the expansion of the non-territorial frontier are the important problems to be paid attention to in the construction of the frontier theory.
