十字路口的欧洲社会民主主义:现实挑战与争论问题

【摘要】：进入21世纪尤其是2008年金融危机以来,伴随社会民主党政治上的整体下滑趋势,一场有关社会民主主义的危机、挑战及其未来的讨论在欧洲社会民主主义阵营乃至整个思想领域持续。在这些问题上的分歧显示,欧洲社会民主党正处在一个面临方向性选择的十字路口。从社会民主主义的长远发展来看,立足于变化了的世界的改革才是出路;从实践层面上看,迫切需要处理好变革进程中的一系列关系平衡,包括平衡不同的思想观念,平衡党的不同构成和利益集团的诉求,以及在政治战略中平衡变革与传统的关系。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, especially since the 2008 financial crisis, with the overall political decline of the Social Democratic Party, a crisis related to social democracy, The challenges and future discussions continue in the European social democratic camp and throughout the ideological spectrum. Differences on these issues show that. The Social Democratic Party of Europe is at a crossroads facing the choice of direction. From the perspective of the long-term development of social democracy, reform based on a changed world is the way out; from a practical point of view, There is an urgent need to balance a series of relations in the process of change, including balancing different ideas, balancing the different composition of the Party and the demands of interest groups, and balancing the relationship between change and tradition in the political strategy.
