邓子恢农业工作中的人本思想及其启示研究

【摘要】：在中国现代化建设过程中，社会主义市场经济快速发展，但随之也带来了一系列分配不公，贫富差距过大等问题。此时，深入学习以人为本的理论可以为解决这些问题提供理论指导。邓子恢作为中国农民运动的卓越领导者，在农村工作中他坚定不移的走群众路线，时刻维护农民的各项权益，处处体现着以人为本的精神，所以研究学习邓子恢在农村工作中的人本思想对推动中国特色社会主义建设的伟大进程具有非常重要的理论意义和实践意义。同时邓子恢的人本思想是马克思主义人本理论与中国具体国情相结合的成果，所以研究邓子恢的人本思想也是对马克思主义理论的中国化尽绵薄之力。本文以邓子恢的人本思想为线索，主要分为四个部分。第一部分主要阐述了本文的选题原因、意义和研究方法，同时对本文所指“人本”概念进行界定。第二部分首先分析了邓子恢人本思想产生的理论渊源，然后介绍了邓子恢农业工作中人本思想的发展历程。理论渊源包括中国传统文化中的“民本思想”、马克思主义理论中的“人本思想”和毛泽东思想中关于人本思想的理论。第三部分阐述了邓子恢农业工作中人本思想的基本内容。从建立新型农业生产关系、重视新型农业生产力、维护农民合法权益和建立新型农村干群关系这四个方面分析论述了邓子恢人本思想的基本内容。第四部分结合当今时代，提出了邓子恢农业工作中的人本思想对当今农村工作的启示。一是对干部的群众路线提供的启示；二是对加强农村物质文明建设、保障农民的物质基础提供的启示；三是对加强农民精神文明建设，，全面提高农民素质提供的启示；四是对加强农民政治文明建设，保障农民政治民主权利的启示；最后是对用科学的工作方法进行农村工作提供的启示。
[Abstract]:In the course of China's modernization construction, the socialist market economy develops rapidly, but it also brings a series of problems such as unfair distribution and excessive gap between the rich and the poor.At this point, in-depth study of human-oriented theory can provide theoretical guidance to solve these problems.Deng Zihui, as the outstanding leader of the Chinese peasant movement, has unswervingly followed the mass line in the rural work, has always maintained the farmers' rights and interests, and has embodied the spirit of people-oriented everywhere.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Deng Zihui's humanistic thought in rural work to promote the great process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time, Deng Zihui's humanism theory is the result of the combination of Marxist humanism theory and China's specific national conditions, so studying the humanistic thought of Deng Zihui is also a weak contribution to the Sinicization of Marxist theory.This article takes Deng Zihui's humanism thought as the clue, mainly divides into four parts.The first part mainly expounds the reason, significance and research method of this paper, and defines the concept of "humanism".The second part first analyzes the theoretical origin of Deng Zihui's humanism, and then introduces the development course of the humanistic thought in Deng Zihui's agricultural work.The theoretical origin includes the "people-oriented thought" in Chinese traditional culture, the "human-oriented thought" in Marxist theory and the theory about humanism in Mao Zedong's thought.The third part expounds the basic content of Deng Zihui's humanistic thought in agricultural work.This paper analyzes the basic contents of Deng Zihui's humanism from the four aspects of establishing new agricultural production relations, attaching importance to new-type agricultural productive forces, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and establishing a new type of relationship between cadres and masses in rural areas.The fourth part puts forward the enlightenment of Deng Zihui's humanism in agricultural work to the current rural work.The first is the enlightenment to the cadre's mass line, the second is to strengthen the rural material civilization construction, to guarantee the farmer's material foundation, the third is to strengthen the farmer's spiritual civilization construction, to raise the farmer's quality comprehensively.The fourth is the enlightenment to strengthen the construction of the peasants' political civilization and to guarantee the peasants' political democratic rights, and finally to provide enlightenment to the rural work with scientific working methods.
