论公共行政民营化后的国家责任

【摘要】：公共行政民营化的合理性已为理论和实践所证实。但对公共行政民营化共败后的国家责任,应当进行更深入的研究。公共行政民营化后国家的责任类型与公共行政民营化的方式密切相关,国家需要视情况不同承担直接的履行责任、间接的补充责任和监督责任。
[Abstract]:The rationality of privatization of public administration has been proved by theory and practice.However, the state responsibility after the privatization of public administration should be studied more deeply.The type of state responsibility after privatization of public administration is closely related to the mode of privatization of public administration. The state needs to bear direct responsibility for performance, indirect responsibility for supplementary responsibility and responsibility for supervision according to different circumstances.
