【摘要】: 唐甄是与黄宗羲、顾炎武、王夫之、吕留良等齐名的思想家,他的“帝王皆贼”的罪君论、“天道故平”的平等观、“藏富于民”的经世思想,是明清之际批判思潮中非常精彩且极富个性的篇章。时至今日,学界对之进行了大量的研究,也取得了丰硕的成果。本文在前人研究成果的基础上,采用文本分析与比较研究的方法,沿着唐甄的理想政治及其实现途径这条主线,研究其政治伦理思想,拟为唐甄思想及其现代意义的认识和把握提供新的视角。 本文的第一章为绪论,主要介绍了唐甄的生平及其《潜书》,简略爬梳了前人的研究成果,界定了政治伦理的概念。 第二章围绕唐甄的理想政治问题,从宏观的视野,分析其理想政治价值诉求,阐明了“平等”是唐甄政治伦理的主要价值规范,分析了功利主义的道德观,并在尝试揭示其理想政治的经验论和人性论理论基础。 第三章围绕思想政治如何实现的问题,重点阐述了君、臣、民这三个不同政治主体的道德原则。为了确保政治共同体预期目的之实现,唐甄要求君遵循“下而不尊”、“慈而不略”、“崇俭尚实"的原则主政;要求臣僚遵循“以职尽忠”、“爱民惠下”的原则执政,要求“市民”遵循各自的原则参与或服务政治。 第四章是基于人性论与理想政治对唐甄与黄宗羲、洛克进行了比较和评析,探寻唐甄制度伦理贫乏的根源,分析其理想政治乌托邦空想性质原因所在。 经由上述研究,笔者认为,唐甄政治伦理中的平等、藏富于民等思想,及其对为政主体提出的道德要求,闪烁着进步的、可贵的光辉,也有着一定的现实意义,而其制度伦理贫乏、理想政治的空想性质方面思维教训也值得我们深思。
[Abstract]:Tang Zhen is a thinker of the same name as Huang Zongxi, Gu Yanwu, Wang Fuzhi, and Lu Liuliang. His crime-monarch theory of "all kings are thieves", the equal view of "heaven and earth, so equality", and the thought of "storing wealth among the people".During the Ming and Qing dynasties, critical thoughts were very wonderful and full of personality.Up to now, the academic circle has carried on the massive research, also has obtained the rich achievement.On the basis of the previous research results, this paper uses the method of text analysis and comparative study to study Tang Zhen's political ethics thought along the main line of Tang Zhen's ideal politics and the way to realize it.It is intended to provide a new perspective for the understanding and grasp of Tang Zhen's thought and its modern significance.The first chapter of this paper is an introduction, which mainly introduces Tang Zhen's life and his "hidden book", briefly combs the previous research results and defines the concept of political ethics.The second chapter focuses on Tang Zhen's ideal politics, analyzes its ideal political value demand from the macroscopic view, clarifies that "equality" is the main value norm of Tang Zhen's political ethics, and analyzes the utilitarian morality.It also tries to reveal the theoretical basis of his theory of empiricism and humanism.The third chapter focuses on how to realize the ideological and political issues, focusing on the three different political subjects: monarch, minister and people.In order to ensure the realization of the expected goal of the political community, Tang Zhen asked him to follow the principles of "lower but not respect", "kindness but not strategy," and "respect for thrift and integrity," and asked officials and staff to follow the principle of "being faithful to their duties," and "loving the people's favor."Citizens are required to follow their own principles to participate in or serve politics.The fourth chapter compares Tang Zhen with Huang Zongxi and Locke based on the theory of human nature and ideal politics, explores the root of Tang Zhen's lack of ethics, and analyzes the causes of his utopian utopian nature of ideal politics.Based on the above research, the author believes that the equality and wealth of the people in Tang Zhen's political ethics, as well as the moral requirements put forward for the subject of politics, are flickering with progress and valuable brilliance, and also of certain practical significance.But its system ethics is poor, the ideal politics utopian nature aspect thought lesson also worth us to ponder deeply.
