解构与建构:当前中国网络民粹主义话语的生成逻辑

【摘要】：中国网络民粹主义话语的生成交织着建构和解构的双重逻辑。一方面,通过对民本话语、平等话语和参与话语的建构,网络民粹主义指向"坚持人民为中心"、"追求平等"和"倡导直接民主"等政策主张;另一方面,对精英话语进行阴谋解读、诘问和控诉,网络民粹主义话语解构了精英话语的合法性。网络民粹主义话语是一种应激性的激进民意,凸显了情感动员的勾连作用,折射了民众对于共享发展成果的渴望。积极回应民粹主义的诉求,维持精英话语和民粹话语的适度张力是治理的基本方向。
[Abstract]:The formation of Chinese network populism is a dual logic of construction and deconstruction. On the one hand, through the construction of people-oriented discourse, equal discourse and participatory discourse, Internet populism points to the policy of "upholding the people as the center", "pursuing equality" and "advocating direct democracy"; on the other hand, The network populism deconstructs the legitimacy of elite discourse. Internet populism is a kind of stress radical public opinion, which highlights the emotional mobilization and reflects the people's desire to share the fruits of development. The basic direction of governance is to respond positively to the demands of populism and to maintain the moderate tension between elite discourse and populist discourse.
