《墨子》的行政人格思想研究

【摘要】：我国是文明古国,传统的行政伦理思想有着漫长而丰富的发展历程,基于完善我国行政伦理学科体系的需要,整理我国传统行政伦理的思想史是刻不容缓的。《墨子》乃先秦时期一部重要的文化典籍,其中就蕴含丰富的行政伦理思想。行政人格是当今行政伦理学研究的焦点,引起学者的广泛关注,并已成方兴未艾之势。基于能力和精力的限制,本文就重点阐释《墨子》一书的行政人格思想。《墨子》书中的行政人格思想源于当时社会变革对治国理论的诉求。书中以天、鬼、人三位一体论为理论基础,强调“义利合一”的道德评价标准,树立了圣王的理想行政人格典范,并提出了自省、践行等道德修养方法。《墨子》书中的行政人格思想有其独特之处,如彰显了行政人格的主体性、充满理想主义色彩等,对当今行政人格理论研究具有一定的借鉴意义。笔者研究《墨子》中行政人格思想,希望为墨子的行政伦理思想研究抛砖引玉,对建构传统行政伦理学,完善现代行政伦理学科体系建设略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Our country is an ancient civilization, the traditional administrative ethics thought has a long and rich development process, based on the need to improve our administrative ethics discipline system, It is urgent to sort out the ideological history of traditional administrative ethics in our country. Mozi is an important cultural book in the pre-Qin period, which contains rich administrative ethics thoughts. Administrative personality is the focus of the study of administrative ethics, which has attracted extensive attention of scholars and is in the ascendant. Based on the limitation of ability and energy, this paper focuses on explaining the thought of administrative personality in Mozi, which originates from the demand of social change to the theory of governing the country at that time. Based on the theory of the Trinity of Heaven, Ghost and Man, the book emphasizes the moral evaluation standard of "Integration of righteousness and benefit", sets up the ideal administrative personality model of the Holy King, and puts forward a self-examination. The thought of administrative personality in "Mozi" has its own unique features, such as showing the subjectivity of administrative personality, full of idealism and so on, which has certain reference significance for the study of the theory of administrative personality nowadays. The author studies the thought of administrative personality in Mozi in the hope that it will be helpful to build up the traditional administrative ethics and perfect the discipline system of modern administrative ethics.
