后真相世界的民粹化现象及其治理

【摘要】：正"后真相"是一个很具穿透力和表现力的称谓,也形象地描述了当下时代的某些症状,属于后的描述之一种,很典型。慕尼黑安全会议的会前报告,一连用了三个"后",即"后真相、后西方、后秩序",且以"后真相"打头,引人注目。不过,相对于后真相时代这一有些夸大其词的称谓,我更愿意称为"后真相世界"或"后真相现象"。而本文所关注的,是后真相世界在政治与公众生活方面的民粹化现象。
[Abstract]:Positive "post-truth" is a very penetrating and expressive term, but also vividly describes some of the symptoms of the present era, belongs to one of the post-description, very typical. The Munich Security Conference's pre-session report uses three successive "hindrances", that is, "post-truth, post-western, post-order", and begins with "post-truth". However, I prefer to call it "post-truth world" or "post-truth phenomenon" rather than the posttruth era. This paper focuses on populism in politics and public life in the post-truth world.
