民主与现代社会的经验:勒弗的特殊民主理论探析

【摘要】：克劳德·勒弗(Claude Lefort)是当代法国著名政治思想家,其民主理论在当代西方政治哲学领域有着巨大的影响,但在国内却鲜有介绍。本文通过分析勒弗思想中民主与现代社会的经验之间的关系,指出在勒弗那里,与民主相对的是极权主义,而非我们一般意义上的"专制"。在他看来,只有在现代性展开之后才出现我们今天所面临的民主问题,但现代社会可能会导向极权主义社会,也可能会导向民主社会。勒弗的民主理论既带有明显的左派色彩,但又在根本上不同于马克思主义理论;它既在表面上属于多元民主论的范畴,又与传统的自由主义民主理论有着很大的区别。勒弗对政治参与和政治共同体内部良性冲突的强调使他的民主理论带有许多"激进"的色彩。
[Abstract]:Claude Lefort is a famous contemporary French political thinker. His democratic theory has a great influence in the field of contemporary western political philosophy, but it is seldom introduced in China. By analyzing the relationship between democracy and the experience of modern society in Lefer's thought, this paper points out that the opposite of democracy is totalitarianism, not "autocracy" in our general sense. In his view, the democratic problems we face today can only arise after modernity has spread out, but the modern society may lead to totalitarian society or democratic society. Lefer's theory of democracy is not only obviously left-wing, but also fundamentally different from Marxist theory. It belongs to the category of pluralistic democracy on the surface and is very different from the traditional liberal democratic theory. Lefer's emphasis on political participation and the benign conflict within the political community makes his theory of democracy have a lot of "radical" color.
