绝对主权的悬置与复归——在福柯与阿甘本之间

【摘要】：进入生命政治时代,绝对主权延展出两条基本路向。一条是福柯式自下而上微观机制悬置绝对主权。绝对主权走下历史的神坛,依靠死亡威胁维系主权权力的政治模式走向了历史的终结,基于个人肉身和人口安全的生命治理术悬置了绝对主权。另一条是阿甘本式自上而下绝对主权操持赤裸生命。主权权力只有通过褫夺一部分公民的生命权利,才能够彰显存在的合法性和权威性,主权者乔装成全体公民最具正当性的代表。面对绝对主权这个共同的时代命题,阿甘本绝非福柯的"继承者",实际充当了"超越者"。福柯式单纯生命权力已经不能够释义,绝对主权象征至高权力已将生命权力吸纳其中,复归至现时代社会主导位置。
[Abstract]:Entering the era of life politics, absolute sovereignty extends two basic directions. One is the Foucault micro-mechanism from the bottom-up suspended absolute sovereignty. Absolute sovereignty goes down the shrine of history, and the political model which relies on death threats to maintain sovereign power has come to the end of history, and the life governance based on personal body and population security has suspended absolute sovereignty. The other is the Forrest Gump style of absolute sovereignty from the top to the control of naked life. Only by depriving some citizens of their right to life can the sovereign power manifest the legitimacy and authority of existence. The sovereign acts as the most legitimate representative of all citizens. Faced with the common proposition of absolute sovereignty, Forrest Gump was not Foucault's successor, but a surpassing. Foucault life power can not be interpreted, absolute sovereignty symbolizes the supreme power has absorbed the life power, and returned to the dominant position of the modern society.
