当代中西政治制度之分野

【摘要】：单纯用民主与专制范式研究中西方政治制度,已经很难打破僵局,评价中西政治制度优越与否要引入新的研究范式。中西方政治制度的本质区别是,中国采用的是中央集权体制,而西方发达国家采用的是地方分权体制。相对于地方分权体制而言,中国的中央集权体制具有多重制度优势。家天下的皇权制度降低了传统中央集权体制的功效,而中国共产党领导新民主主义革命胜利后,传统的中央集权体制转变为现代中央集权体制。当前要进一步加强党的领导和党的建设,为现代中央集权体制带来勃勃生机。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to break the deadlock by using democracy and autocratic paradigm to study the political system of China and the West. It is necessary to introduce a new research paradigm to evaluate the superiority of the political system between China and the West. The essential difference between Chinese and western political systems is that China adopts centralized power system, while western developed countries adopt decentralized system. Compared with the decentralized system, China's centralized system has multiple institutional advantages. After the victory of the new democratic revolution led by the Communist Party of China, the traditional centralized system changed into the modern centralized system. At present, it is necessary to further strengthen party leadership and party building to bring vitality to the modern centralization system.
