马克思的公共权力思想及现实意义研究

【摘要】：权力问题是现代政治的基础和核心。在经济全球化和国际民主思潮的双重影响下,我国社会各个方面呈现出一种多元化的发展趋势,其中公共权力的滥用和寻租导致权力最终走向了私有化、商品化、特殊化以及庸俗化的道路。在这样一种境遇下,社会的和谐、稳定以及发展难以实现。因此,对公共权力问题的研究,是当前党和政府在新旧体制转轨和社会转型中面临的迫切的现实问题,同时也是当今中国政治文明建设所必须解决的现实问题。基于此,我们需要对“马克思的公共权力思想及现实意义”进行深入的系统研究。本文含导论共四个部分：“导论”部分介绍了研究的背景和目的,以及现有的国内外研究综述；第二部分先后介绍了马克思公共权力思想形成的历史渊源,对古希腊到德国古典哲学时期的公共权力思想的发展脉络进行论述；第三部分分析了马克思公共权力思想的形成和发展,通过文本考究,探究马克思公共权力思想的起源、异化和回归,论述马克思公共权力思想对以往哲学的革命性超越；第四部分介绍了在当今公共权力的运行中,马克思公共权力思想理论价值和实践意义。马克思公共权力的思想在现代社会中,必将发挥其它闪耀的一面。
[Abstract]:Power is the foundation and core of modern politics. Under the dual influence of economic globalization and international democratic trend, various aspects of our society show a pluralistic trend of development, in which the abuse of public power and rent-seeking lead to the privatization and commercialization of power. The path of specialization and vulgarization. In such a situation, social harmony, stability and development are difficult to achieve. Therefore, the study of public power is an urgent and realistic problem that the Party and government are facing in the transition of old and new systems and social transformation, and it is also a practical problem that must be solved in the construction of political civilization in China today. Based on this, we need to make a deep and systematic study on Marx's thought of Public Power and its practical significance. This paper consists of four parts: the introduction introduces the background and purpose of the research, and the existing domestic and foreign research review, the second part introduces the historical origin of the formation of Marx's thought of public power successively. The third part analyzes the formation and development of Marx's thought of public power, and probes into the origin of Marx's thought of public power through textual study. The fourth part introduces the theoretical value and practical significance of Marx's public power thought in the operation of public power. Marx's thought of public power in the modern society, will play to other shining side.
