龚自珍与现代政治意识的兴起

【摘要】：龚自珍实效性的政论多为后世政治实践所验证,而其深度反省的政治理念建构却抉发者甚寥。以今观之,龚自珍的政治理念通过对古典政治形态的颠覆,成为中国现代政治意识的开端。古典政治注重三代,关注道德与政治的统一,追求自然秩序和政治秩序的合一。龚自珍认为政治应当关注当代本身,注意到了政治实践的时间性。立足于当代政治,他反对将政治实践等同于道德实践,主张政治与道德的分离,注重政治技术的必要性。在探索政治治理的过程中,龚自珍将天命与君命分离,确立以人类自身需要为目的的主权意识。主权意识的彰显,使得政治不再诉诸传统权威和习俗,而是诉诸政治主体的"制作"。
[Abstract]:Gong Zizhen's effective political theories are mostly verified by later generations' political practice, but the construction of his deep introspection political idea is very few. From today's perspective, Gong Zizhen's political idea has become the beginning of Chinese modern political consciousness by subverting the classical political form. Classical politics pays attention to three generations, pays attention to the unity of morality and politics, and pursues the unity of natural order and political order. Gong Zizhen believes that politics should pay attention to the contemporary itself and pay attention to the timeliness of political practice. Based on contemporary politics, he opposed to equate political practice with moral practice, advocated the separation of politics and morality, and emphasized the necessity of political technology. In the process of exploring political governance, Gong Zizhen separates the destiny from the command of the emperor, and establishes the consciousness of sovereignty for the purpose of human needs. The manifestation of sovereignty consciousness makes politics no longer resort to traditional authority and custom, but to the "production" of political subject.
