把国家和政治找回来——对后发国家政治发展问题的重新检视

【摘要】：决定各个后发国家工业化和经济绩效的因素及其背后的逻辑是什么?本文认为,精英冲突的状态与国家发展战略的目标选择决定了各国不同的发展路径与发展结果。只有具有相对权威特征、超越了维持统治精英自身权位的狭隘性的国家,才具有有效组织与提升国民经济结构的干预能力,有利于实现可持续性的经济绩效,并最终实现国家的政治发展与经济发展目标。
[Abstract]:What are the factors that determine the industrialization and economic performance of the developing countries and the logic behind them? This paper holds that the state of elite conflict and the target choice of national development strategy determine the different development paths and results of each country. Only a country with a relatively authoritative character, which transcends the narrow position of the ruling elite, has the ability to effectively organize and enhance the structure of the national economy, which is conducive to achieving sustainable economic performance. And the ultimate realization of the country's political development and economic development goals.
