新自由主义、市场社会主义与后资本主义

【摘要】：新自由主义是一种社会教条,它认为提升人类福祉的最好途径是市场竞争。这种市场竞争通过资本、劳动力、商品和服务的自由流动,并通过受私有财产保护和极简主义的国家监管来实现。新自由主义推动了资本主义全球化的发展。当前,关于替代新自由主义的讨论出现了两种观点,一是企业社会责任,二是市场社会主义。市场社会主义作为一种替代新自由主义的意识形态,从理论和实践来看都是可行的。市场社会主义创造了一个带有社会主义特征的市场,有利于社会主义的实现。在反对资本主义全球化的浪潮中,新诞生的"后资本主义"认为资本主义会被在它内部产生的新形式所取代,并以信息技术、信息产品和协作生产为基础。但"后资本主义"依然存在生产力和生产关系的矛盾,有可能导致一种技术决定论,同时忽略了所有制关系以及全球化企业对经济和国家的影响。
[Abstract]:Neoliberalism is a social dogma that argues that the best way to improve human well-being is through market competition. This market competition is achieved through the free movement of capital, labour, goods and services, and through private property protection and minimalist state regulation. Neoliberalism promoted the development of capitalist globalization. At present, there are two points of view about replacing neoliberalism, one is corporate social responsibility, the other is market socialism. Market socialism, as a kind of ideology replacing neoliberalism, is feasible in theory and practice. Market socialism has created a market with socialist characteristics, conducive to the realization of socialism. In the wave against the globalization of capitalism, the newly born "post-capitalism" thought that capitalism would be replaced by the new form of capitalism, which was based on information technology, information products and cooperative production. However, there is still a contradiction between productive forces and production relations in "post-capitalism", which may lead to a technological determinism, while ignoring the ownership relationship and the influence of global enterprises on the economy and the state.
