马克思与哈贝马斯“市民社会”思想之比较

【摘要】:“市民社会”思想是马克思历史唯物主义理论的重要组成部分,他是站在现实历史和社会的基础上,从经济关系上规定市民社会的本质,认为市民社会与政治国家相分离,而与商品经济和资本主义私有财产具有紧密联系,是商品经济和私人利益的必然产物。而哈贝马斯则以马克思的市民社会概念为基础,在界定市民社会概念时把市民社会同政治领域和经济领域区别开来,他的市民社会思想可以划分为两个阶段:在第一阶段,他将“公共领域”的概念引入市民社会的讨论,并以对公共领域的研究作为分析市民社会问题的基础,对公共领域的概念、形成、内在悖论及其转型进行了考察;在第二阶段,哈贝马斯去除了在传统市民社会概念中占有重要地位的经济社会的成分,开始对晚期资本主义的合法性危机进行研究,把对市民社会的讨论由公共领域转向生活世界。 本文共由五部分组成: 第一部分主要论述了市民社会的理论渊源,亚里士多德、西塞罗、霍布斯、洛克、卢梭和黑格尔等人分别在传统意义和现代意义上对市民社会概念进行使用。 第二部分主要论述了马克思市民社会理论的出发点、马克思市民社会思想的主要内容。 第三部分主要论述了哈贝马斯对市民社会概念的重新界定,以及对公共领域和生活世界的界定。 第四部分主要从市民社会概念、市民社会与政治国家的关系、对历史唯物主义的理解三方面对马克思与哈贝马斯的市民社会思想进行了比较。 第五部分主要探讨市民社会理论研究的对当代中国社会发展的意义,马克思和哈贝马斯的市民社会思想对促进社会主义市场经济体制的完善、加速社会主义民主政治的构筑、构建和谐社会有着重大现实意义。
[Abstract]:The thought of "civil society" is an important part of Marx's historical materialism theory. He stands on the basis of realistic history and society, prescribes the essence of civil society from the angle of economic relations, and thinks that civil society is separated from political state. It has close relation with commodity economy and capitalist private property, which is the inevitable outcome of commodity economy and private interest. Habermas, on the other hand, based on Marx's concept of civil society, distinguishes civil society from political and economic fields when defining the concept of civil society. His idea of civil society can be divided into two stages: the first stage. He introduces the concept of "public sphere" into the discussion of civil society, and takes the study of public sphere as the basis of analyzing civil society problems, and examines the concept, formation, inherent paradox and its transformation of public sphere. Habermas removed the economic and social elements which played an important role in the traditional concept of civil society and began to study the legitimacy crisis of late capitalism and shift the discussion of civil society from the public sphere to the world of life. This paper consists of five parts: the first part mainly discusses the theoretical origin of civil society, Aristotle, Cicero, Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau and Hegel respectively use the concept of civil society in the traditional and modern sense. The second part mainly discusses the starting point of Marx's civil society theory and the main content of Marx's civil society thought. The third part mainly discusses Habermas's redefinition of the concept of civil society, as well as the definition of the public sphere and the world of life. The fourth part compares Marx's and Habermas's civil society thoughts from three aspects: the concept of civil society, the relationship between civil society and political state, and the understanding of historical materialism. The fifth part mainly discusses the significance of the civil society theory research to the contemporary Chinese society development, Marx and Habermas' civil society thought to promote the improvement of the socialist market economy system, accelerate the construction of the socialist democratic politics. Building a harmonious society is of great practical significance.
