沃尔泽的多元复合平等观——兼论与罗尔斯的简单平等观之比较

【摘要】：沃尔泽反对罗尔斯提出的在差别原则上的平等观,进而提出一种多元复合平等观。在沃尔泽看来,罗尔斯的平等观是一种简单平等,而简单平等必然导致新的不平等,只有不同领域里多种平等同时起作用,社会才能真正实现平等。然而,他的平等观并非是要实现社会财产占有的平等,而是希望不同领域里的支配性善不超越其界限,并且不造成人对人的支配和奴役。同时,他认为在社会诸善中,最基本的善是成员资格的善,这是决定其他一定善的享有的前提。
[Abstract]:Walzer objected to Rawls' view of equality on the principle of difference, and then put forward a view of multivariate and compound equality. In Walzer's view, Rawls' view of equality is a simple equality, and simple equality is bound to lead to new inequality. However, his idea of equality is not to realize the equality of possession of social property, but to hope that the dominant good in different fields does not exceed its limits and does not result in the domination and enslavement of human beings. At the same time, he thinks that the most basic good in the society is membership, which is the premise to determine the enjoyment of other good.
