组织决策非正式规则研究

【摘要】:本文主要探讨普遍存在于正式组织中的组织决策非正式规则,包括环境维度、主体维度、过程维度的非正式规则,以及这些非正式规则的变迁轨迹,和对组织决策的理性影响作用等问题。文章共分为六个部分,第一部分导论介绍选题缘由,进行相关文献综述,并介绍研究的思路与方法、重点与难点、创新与不足;第二部分进行组织决策非正式规则的基础理论研究,厘清组织决策的概念谱系与研究界域,,对组织决策的正式规则与非正式规则概念进行阐释,并对不同组织中决策非正式规则的趋同性进行分析;第三部分描述和分析组织决策环境维度的合法规则、惯习规则、模仿规则;第四部分描述和分析组织决策主体维度的权威规则、依赖规则、平衡规则、机械规则;第五部分描述和分析组织决策过程维度的预设规则、简化规则、满意规则;第六部分探讨组织决策非正式规则的变迁,以及非正式规则对组织决策理性的影响作用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the informal rules of organizational decision-making, including the environmental dimension, the subject dimension, the process dimension, and the evolution of these informal rules. And the rational influence on organizational decision making and so on. The article is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the reason of selecting the topic, the related literature review, and introduces the research ideas and methods, key points and difficulties, innovation and insufficiency; In the second part, the author studies the basic theory of informal rules of organizational decision, clarifies the concept pedigree and domain of organizational decision-making, and explains the concepts of formal rules and informal rules of organizational decision-making. The third part describes and analyzes the legal rules, customary rules and imitation rules of the dimension of organizational decision-making environment. The fourth part describes and analyzes the authoritative rules, dependency rules, balance rules, mechanical rules of the dimension of the main body of organizational decision-making, the fifth part describes and analyzes the presupposition rules of the dimension of organizational decision-making process, the simplified rules, the rules of satisfaction; The sixth part discusses the changes of informal rules of organizational decision-making and the influence of informal rules on organizational decision-making rationality.
