新媒体发展与政治舆论环境治理——以微博的政治影响为例

【摘要】:随着新媒体技术的发展,公众运用新媒体形成的政治舆论对现实生活产生了深刻影响。微博作为最具代表性的新媒体,短时间内形成了巨大的政治舆论场域,凸显出议题情境化、动员虚拟化、权威去神秘化等表征,但也存在情绪极端化、传播不稳定、舆论绩效盲目性等不良现象。建议进一步丰富新媒体内涵建设,注重核心价值导向,传递新媒体正能量;强调自律管理,提升治理效能,净化新媒体政治舆论环境;拓展互动渠道,创新治理方式,完善新媒体对话机制;改进评价体系,变革治理理念,建设去功利化的新媒体政治舆论环境。
[Abstract]:With the development of new media technology, the political public opinion formed by the new media has a profound impact on real life. Weibo, as the most representative new media, has formed a huge political field of public opinion in a short period of time, highlighting the representation of situational issues, virtualization of mobilization, demystification of authority, etc., but there are also emotional extremes and unstable communication. Public opinion performance blindness and other adverse phenomena. Suggestions should be made to further enrich the connotation construction of new media, pay attention to the core value orientation, transfer positive energy of new media, emphasize self-discipline management, enhance the efficiency of governance, purify the political and public opinion environment of new media, expand interactive channels, and innovate governance methods. Improve the new media dialogue mechanism, improve the evaluation system, change the concept of governance, and build a deutilitarian new media political public opinion environment.
